We, ATLAS Mechanical & Engineering Co., Ltd, are proud to introduce the design project of a modern rubber pyrolysis plant, strategically located in Chau Pha, Toc Tien, Phu My, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. This project is a testament to our capability and commitment to delivering advanced technological solutions, contributing to the sustainable development of the recycling industry.

Project Overview:

The plant is designed to process waste rubber through pyrolysis technology, an efficient method of converting rubber waste into valuable products such as pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and gas. This process not only helps minimize solid waste but also generates energy and secondary materials, contributing to a circular economy.

Design Highlights:

  • Advanced pyrolysis furnace system: The design includes large cylindrical pyrolysis furnaces (in turquoise), optimized for high conversion efficiency and stable operation. These furnaces are integrated with automatic feeding and discharge systems, enhancing productivity and reducing manual labor.

  • Condensation and product separation system: After pyrolysis, the resulting gas is directed through a series of condensers and storage tanks (in gray and bronze yellow), which help efficiently separate and recover pyrolysis oil. This design ensures high product quality and optimizes the recovery process.

  • Exhaust gas treatment and heat recovery system: To comply with environmental regulations, the plant is equipped with an advanced exhaust gas treatment system, including filtration towers and tall chimneys (in light yellow and gray). Additionally, waste heat from the pyrolysis process can be recovered to optimize energy usage throughout the system.

  • Scientific layout and space optimization: The entire plant is arranged in a scientific and logical manner, optimizing space and piping layout (in various colors), ensuring continuous and safe operation flow. Support structures and scaffolding are also tightly integrated into the design, ensuring durability and safety for the whole system.

  • Scalability and modular design: The plant design is highly modular, allowing easy capacity expansion in the future when needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to market growth.
