General Introduction
In the context of the growing need for solid waste treatment—especially used rubber tires, which are difficult to decompose—the pyrolysis furnace installation project at Phu My Industrial Park marks a significant step in realizing a circular treatment model, resource recycling, and environmental protection.
The project was fully executed by ATLAS Mechanical & Engineering Co., Ltd. – from transportation and installation to trial operation training.

- Crane unloading, positioning, and installation of a large horizontal pyrolysis furnace
- Erection of support frames, foundations, and load-bearing structures

- Integration of control system, temperature sensors, and safety valves

Technology Goals
The installed pyrolysis furnace system applies continuous anaerobic pyrolysis technology, enabling the treatment of old tires at temperatures from 400 – 600°C without producing toxic gases, resulting in reusable products such as:
- Pyrolysis oil (equivalent to FO oil): Used as industrial fuel.
- Carbon black: Raw material for brick production and technical rubber.
- Scrap steel: Recovered from tires, used for recycling.
- Syngas: Reused to fuel the furnace itself, saving energy.
